From now on, my articles will be published here on my website — alfonskarabuda.com — which will serve as their permanent home. The articles will also continue to be available on LinkedIn. The series is called “Decoded by Alfons” — not because I claim to have all the answers, but because I take the time to unpack complex topics through the lens of my own experiences, in an effort to better understand them myself. If that process happens to be useful to someone else along the way, all the better.
